As 2025 comes to a close, we’re proud to reflect on a year of strong execution, meaningful growth, and strategic expansion for Atlas West Group (AWG). From completing millions of dollars in new housing across San Diego to launching a major new chapter for the company, 2025 was a truly pivotal year for our team, our communities, and our investors.

This year, AWG reached major milestones across development, refinancing, and portfolio performance:

• ✅ $25 million+ in successfully completed projects
  Including the development of seven new communities in San Diego.

• ✅ Successfully refinanced $30 million in properties
  A significant achievement that strengthens AWG’s long-term stability and positioning.

• ✅ Sold two communities totaling $7.5 million
  Delivering results and generating momentum for future growth.

A Strategic Expansion: Introducing Our Starter Homes Vision

Perhaps the biggest milestone of 2025 was taking the next step forward in AWG’s evolution: launching our starter homes for-sale vision with the creation of single-family and townhome subdivisions.

Southern California continues to face an urgent housing shortage—and while multifamily development remains critical, so is the opportunity for attainable homeownership. This expansion marks AWG’s commitment to helping more families find a pathway into modern, comfortable, livable turn-key homes they can afford and be proud of.

Continuing to Build Multifamily Communities — While Expanding for Sale

AWG is not leaving multifamily housing behind. Our roots and expertise remain in for-rent communities, and we will continue to develop and deliver high-quality multifamily projects throughout San Diego.

At the same time, we’re entering the starter home market because we see the need — and we have a proven strategy to deliver.

We’ve identified not only a massive gap in middle-income housing across San Diego and Southern California, but we’ve also developed a model that:

• - Supports affordability and long-term community value

• - Provides investors with healthy, consistent returns
